HS-1228, now that's a catchy name! Why should you try this very descriptively named hop? Well because it is an exclusive hop from BSG that is a delicious mixture of tropical fruit and classic West Coast hop character. You get notes of Mango, Pineapple, Citrus, and Pine with this hop. It meant to be used as a late kettle or dry hop for West Coast IPAs, as well as Juicy IPAs or Hazy beers.

Alpha Acid: 9-12%

Beta Acid: 3.5-5.5%
